  • Service charges, convenience fees, and taxes may be non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made closer to the travel date may attract higher cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations after the commencement of the journey are not eligible for any refund.

  • No refunds will be provided in no-show cases.

  • Any fare difference or additional charges must be borne by the customer.

7. Refund Linkage

  • Approved cancellations that qualify for refunds will be processed as per our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be automatically credited to the original payment method used during booking.

8. Company Rights

  • Kouleshwar Tour and Travels (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on package terms and supplier agreements.
  • All decisions taken by the company regarding cancellations shall be final.
